just a tish NE of central ND | You have a air restriction. Do you have the wrench turned all the way up?I plumbed a T with a guage into two couplers and put it in between the wrench and the air hose to watch for pressure drop on my 1/2 in wrench with a 3/8 ths line and through the process of elimination figured out that the hose to the air reel had a small restrictive fitting(hydraulic hose actually)The opening was just too small to let much air through.
