NW TN, Dyersburg | Russ, I don't mean to steal the OP's thread but I'm having a similar problem and really need a fix, I posted above and got no responses. You said the VRD motors were acting crazy, so are mine, both of them. I first tried to rotate the seed meters and the shaft turned way too fast and gave me a msg of being disabled. Kept trying with similar results. Tech said take it to the field and try planting, then the motors are very inconsistent to the point of rotate fast and stop, rotate,stop... jerking the drive chains badly. Are these symptoms anything like your's were? | |
