Faunsdale, AL | Clean by fastening it to a tire on a tractor etc, put stones and water/detergent in as described above and drive around doing something with the tractor.
Then rinse and dry completely and line with a gas tank liner compound. I like Red Kote, There are others. The Red kote is a single part product, just pour it in the tank and rock it all around to cover all the surfaces. Then pour the excess back into the can to use on another tank later.
