All of those Delphi radios are interchangeable.
I installed the Premium radio with Sirius into an 9530, just had to add an antenna for the sat radio.
I do not know if the wiring is there for the remote controls, but I believe if you look on Panapacific's website there are remote controls that you could mount somewhere.
