Subject: Re: Land in Mexico, real good year round units w

New Mexico
big timber, good trout, elk and bear, say $2,500 to $4,000 per cow unit.
$100 to $400 per acre.
Summer on the tops, winter on the middles / bottoms.

Good desert places 25 to $150 per acre, just depends on how much h20 is developed.

Good proven irrigated areas close in to infrastructure $1,000 to $3,500 per acre ( probably the best deal, produce farm year around ).

Problems are, it's impossible to own minerals in Mex.
Infrastructure does not really exist in the remote and alot of it is remote there.
