We had a similar problem years ago when n-serve first came out. The inside of the supply hose separated from the rest of the hose and thus restrict the flow. It took us a while to figure that one out. I would hope that the newer hoses would be n-serve compatible, but it is something that you might take a look at. Good luck!!
