Don't know what size you planned, but - make it bigger. ;)
That's a general rule. And you are saying all the right words - don't plan on needing a bigger sprayer, or much chem storage, or.... ;)
Otherwise, wells, septics, and chem storage are becoming a real EPA hassle, if not today, it will be in a year or 5 it seems. With wells on the place, you might want to plan a pretty good setback from the well if you want to store anything liquid....
