If you have singulators as well 40s will probably do OK, i tried them without singulators (won't work with certain planters). If not, run the 30 cells and adjust vac for seed size. Best option are precision planting Esets, i really like ours. Keep in mind the pro 40 use a lot more vacuum then 30 cells if that is a problem.
