I have a new to me 2008 1200 16 row with bulk fill. I put 22 gal PTO pump on to run the vac.. fan and seed drive. I am going to use a 20/20 to control clutches and the seeed drives. When I start the PTO pump, it builds up pressure, but the fan doesn't turn. Any ideas ? Thanks Paul
