| Matt, I know the nice big loss of the first week then a much smaller loss the second week and you worked the same and cut out as much food as the first week. But the first week there is a lot of water weight loss there, and now you are getting to the harder part to lose. Most doctors or weight loss places say a pound or two a week is a good losing rate. So hang in there. If you want huge loses like they do on the Biggest Losser, sometimes double digit, you have to be working out like they do 5 or more hours a day. So just take it slow and it will be more of a life style change that will be easier to keep up too. You can do this. | |
