Martin was out of interested parties to take over.  Basically time to sell before things start going downhill.  

I think AGCO tries to maintain the territory protection for Challenger like Caterpillar did, however I don't see how they can do it on parts when you can buy practically any part you want for a combine or wheel tractor from any MF or Gleaner dealer.
