I am going to buck the trend here in that I do not like poly.  For moveable fences I have tried a lot of different things and settled on aluminum wire on a Gallagher reel with Gallagher P type step in posts.  Aluminum wire doesn't stretch like the poly and the P posts are by far the easiest to insert, wire and remove of any that I have tried. jmho and experience.
