New Mexico | empty at comp times when otherwise normally not.
Maybe half ( only 1/4 to 1/3 in some areas ie according to traffic counts ) the traffic there was 5 years ago on what were once fairly busy Interstates in the W / SW.
Nother indicator is nite traffic.
When that's basically 0, that's not much ( a LOT of that now ).
Nice thing is the usa econ that is left, is thriving ( definitely creating decent earnings ).
usa econ is No longer gas / driven miles energy dependant as it once was.
Times have likely changed for good.
