That's covered in the operator's manual and the parts catalog. I have a finger unit 7000 4 row and though the plate type is in those books, I've never seen one.
A few years ago Albert Lea Seedhouse (www.alseed.com) said they could supply planter plates in their catalog. I have a new catalog and didn't notice that this year, but then I wasn't looking either.
