i walk and or ride my bike evenings, like everyone else i am spending to much time in a seat and not with a pitchfork or scoop shovel in my hands anymore, not that i am gonna give up my skid loader anytime soon, i am 48 and cannot work like i did 20 years ago.
do you exercise?Morning walk?
