The farm estate ( in Midwest ) that owns it always makes sure the renters know there have been / are supposed ghosts there ( thus it is a disclosed condition of advisement to the rent contract ).
Interestingly a couple child ghosts and some kids just start talking w em, playing w em etc...
Some renters get along great w the ghosts.
And some it's just been to much to fathom.
Long term history of the afore ( been that way for 15 years ).
True and interesting deal to say the least.
Know it fairly well too.
