On a normal year it cost 3-400 to prepare farm inc. taxes of us but this last year with the four 1031's and eq.auction I dropped 975 at his office turned out it was the best investment ever spent farming. I had 25k saved for that day when uncle sam would call my name. But as it was I only had to pay 5500.
