Somerville, Indiana | usually the hyd swivel will need to be sealed several times during the life of the swing bearing...Not a difficult job to do the hyd swivel, comes out the top...When the seals go to leaking, you will notice the travel motors speed up when doing a function with the bucket.
I don't know where one could be rented but a hyd wrench sure helps with all those bolts...Ten years ago changeout was quoted at $13000 for parts and labor...Good used excavators are going well worth the money, might have to travel a ways to find what you want. | |
