south datota | Like you say, can't get it to run on auto and kick out grain at a consistent moisture.
Have tried calling Premier on and off since they were here after harvest in 2009 and they won't return a call. I'm not the only one who can't get a call back, others have the same problem.
Last fall had an "alarm" that I couldn't get cleared. Spent 24 hours trying to get it cleared and left messages about my desperation with Premier : "have an alarm that I'm unable to reset. Unable to start dryer, PLEASE call me" Left several messages and as of today still haven't got a call back. Did finally figure out that if I pulled the main disconnect to the dryer it would reset. Really handy.
So besides not controlling the dryer automatically there's just software issues that aren't right.
NECO keeps saying they're working on it, but I really don't want to go into a third season like this.
Rumor has it a couple guys from Minnesota are taking legal action. Anybody know who they are?
