SK.. in Frozen Cold Western Canada
The Rubber Seal you could definitely 'fab one up' out of a piece of tire tube (they are about EXACTLY that thick OEM) ; the original would stick outside of the plastic connector about 1/8" Max.. ** Do Not over tighten this and break the 'aging plastic' for sure.. That being said, and just to be safe, a thin bead of Silicone would keep the weather out if worried about the plastic being WEAK..

The Power Connectors (if the same as our 8yr old system; weather-proof w/ lock tab) were available in Canada at a local Electronics Supply Store.. You could buy Pins and Connector Body separate and make what you needed.. Quite Easily..
