Talked to camoplast and the 3500 series is for ag use and the 5500 series is for scraper. Absolutely no difference in strength quality, it all has to do with tread design. They design the 5500's tread to be quieter on hard surfaces, smoother riding on hard surfaces, and just a little less aggresive traction in dirt so they can slip a litlle more for scraper work
