Where abouts in Ontario? Look at 36" or 48" well tile, cement is cheap in your neck of the woods, and the nice thing is you can always pour some extra, harder to do with the flatdecks. Some plywood, box a form around the tile and you've got a big square block of cement with a 36" or 48" hole in it.
