The guy by Lake City could get stuff good enough to be charcoal grill lighter fluid but not dry enough to run an engine in all weather conditions. Read that 20 below.
The hard part is, you need to be almost as good of chemical engineer for 1000 gallons as 100 million.
A friend of mine that has relatives east and south of you was talking about Templeton rye, he said "that stuff is bad, I can find you way better".
