Yes - it's utterly ridiculous and a topic on which you don't even want to get me started. If I wanted to mount a 400 hp engine on top of a Gleaner L2 and call it, market it, sell it as a class 8 combine, there's nothing stopping me from doing it. Hmmmm, I think there's some money to be made here...
