On the west bound side of I-94 before you get to saint cloud the interstate splits off and runs along the other 2 west bound lanes . Its been this way for a couple years , Any of you guys know why they did this ? It runs about 3 or 4 miles parallel to the old lanes and then rejoines the old west bound lanes . Just curious as nothing as changed in a few years Thanks
