Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot | With the housing market the way it is, I'd be looking at small, cheap rentals that need a little work. Do the work yourself and get them rented out. One problem is it takes a little cash up front to get started, banks will generally loan no more than 75% of the value of the house. Working on houses isn't hard. One thing we learned real quick was to not be a perfectionist. Just need to be clean and safe.
