If possible it may be easier to add to the back and turn the tank around. That way you can build a platform for your pump, fittings, and mix tank and not have to cut the frame and weld pieces in the middle. We like all that on the back anyway but we are using trucks with tanks mounted. If you do that, the area in front of your tank can be used for chemical storage.

Or you might be able to turn the tank around in the saddles and slide it forward on the frame. It would be easier to mount everything on the back since you don't have to worry about clearance between the tank and tow vehicle. Also, there is more frame area back there compared to the front. That option may throw you weight distribution off more than you would like.
