We had Accusteel by Templeton bend them for us. They charged by the man hour. There is a steel plate welded to the top of the uprights and the hoops are welded solid to them. The pipes tieing them together are also welded to the hoops and there will be more perlings put in to make it all stronger. Basically we weld everything together.
