northwest Indiana | I've got to agree with Curt. I have been on a C-PAP machine for 15 years, always had trouble going to sleep unless I was totally exhausted. My doctor suggested Tylenol PM, and that worked for a long time. Woke up in good shape and was once again a functional human. About 3 years ago I started having trouble going to sleep, even with the PM's, so my Dr. prescribed Ambien. It worked well, and still does. Once in a while I still have trouble, but usually I sleep through the night. The secret for me is, take the pill and go to bed within 15 minutes. If I sit down after taking it, I will wake up hours later in my recliner.
