as for k-cups vs vue? currently most of the major vendors are on board w/ the k-cups, seems like it is still up in the air if they will shift to the vue packs
plenty of options for coffee vendors, we personally get ours from GreenMountain, like any vendor if you work the system there are some decent discounts
no real issues to speak of with the keurig unit(had it for 18 months) or their service....
