We plant wheat into corn in the fall here in southeast/southcental Nebraska. We try and leave as much corn standing and do not chop the stalk. We use coulters ahead of the drill. Best if the day is dry so as to be able to cut through the trash. Damp stalks and damp ground is a problem. It worked great last year.
