Wolcottville,Indiana | Hi Dave, I have a 4 inch system and the longer the run the more the damage, half the bins have cyclones and the others have dead heads, no differene in damage one over the other, more repair with the plastic parts on the deadheads.
best guess its the space between the splices grinding the corn, run the so slow it in danger of plugging and to fast that it shoots the deadhead off the bins.
