South East Illinois | I bought a flexzilla air hose in January. About a week ago I noticed it had some blisters showing up on it. I goggled it and found the e-mail address for the customer service of Legacy, the company that makes the hoses. I sent them an e-mail and figured if I heard from them it would be a miracle. I got the e-mail from them today. They asked if I had a receipt and where I got it. Sent them an e-mail with the information. I sent my phone number also.
Within 2 minutes they called. I just about fell out of my chair. She said she wanted to confirm my address, and would send out a replacement today. Good to find a company with some morels.
