4700 and 4900 are roughly the same, depends on how they were ordered. The 466 comes in several different hp sizes as well as mechanical versus electronic injection. The 8100 has a riser that raises the cab up about 6"-8" in order to fit the bigger engines in them like the L10 Cummins, etc. The cab itself is the same. The hood and cab fenders are different because of the raised cab. You can take the VIN # to a dealer and they can print a build sheet that shows what components were installed when the truck left the factory. There can be quite a few differences between the lighter trucks and the heavier trucks including heavier front axle, heavier steering mechanism, double frame, air brakes versus hydraulic, air to air cooler in front of the radiator, etc.
