SW Saskatchewan | We have a 90' willmar 8100 and like it, except that it won't make the wind stop blowing so last year we added a 100' Brandt 4000 to take some of the pressure off. Like it so far.
Reason for it over flexicoil- I thought it was better built, also the large tank was nice and I was able to negotiate a better deal than on a flexi.
Down side- I dislike the "over the top" boom fold, the willmar boom is a better design in my mind.
We run without auto boom and in a lot of hills but our work is all cereals so drift problems are minimal except for wind. Might like auto boom but would like to try before laying out the cash.
One small thing- the brandt use a bango electric boom valve that is a pain to change- the willmar is a far better setup . don't know what flexi uses but brandt has to be the worst of all possible combinations with that valve.
