Eastern Kansas | If you are new to the area and don't have a family, I would stick with being closer to Wichita or Pittsburg. Pittsburg has a divII university there, so there's a lot more tail and things to do for younger people. Wichita is the same. The 3-5k population towns in between aren't bad for a family at all, but I don't think there's much for a single guy to do but drink beer with the boys, fish, and shoot ****. Just depends on what you like to do. | |
