Dad never was as happy as with the 1780 with regular discs. Seems harder to get a great stand. We plant corn at 6 mph and that may have some to do with it. Maybe we should slow down regardless. Precision sold him on these new discs so we'll see. Even with the double eliminator it seemed we still had doubles and skips.
