Better yet, how do you contain all that spilled jet fuel contaminated water? Did they immediately call the EPA hotline to report the spill? And why were they allowed to continue, doesn't the EPA require the soil to be removed and hauled to an approved site for decontamination....seems like a lot of violations occurred that would never have been allowed if some farmer had done it.
