Like another said it could be feed back cylinder. I rebuilt mine and it did not help. If you crank your steering wheel all the way to the right and hold it, then start back to the left and see how far your steering wheel turns before the tractor moves. If the wheel moves quite a bit before the tractor moves, it is probably your steering valve leaking by. It is under the hood at the firewall. Mine was almost 2500.00.
