after you fly for a while and have a little experience it all depends on how enjoyable you want the flight to be, it isn't too hard to fly in wind up to 13 mph but it is just a struggle to battle with it. its possible to fly in a good breeze but it isn't very fun, keeping control becomes pretty hard.
