| Torque limiter would be my first thought, other simple solutions would include a filter issue, the screen on the end of the filter which pushes the check valve open, and/or the coupler that drives the pumps. All the functions you have lost require fluid to operate. Have seen all these cause these problems. Have a 8070 on the list to split and replace the TL and re-build the PD. Not a hard or lengthy job. | |
