Central MN | I would just rent a car myself. I rented a car from the front desk of our hotel both times I went. It is only about 45 minutes from the strip to the dam. It cost about 100-120 bucks for the day if I remember right. The first time I went to the dam, We got there about 9 in the morning and it was not very busy so we went on the tour where you get to go inside. I thought that was cool and would definately go on that. I also went to the Grand Canyon both times as well. We went to the North end of the canyon where the sky bridge is. I have never been on the Sky Bridge because I can't justify spending the 40 bucks to go on it when I can walk rightt to the edge and look down. You can easily do it all in one day if you get going by 8 or so in the morning. I like being able to do things at my own pace which is why I have always rented a car. | |
