Dodge County, WI | We planted a test plot 2 years ago, and after we were done with varieties, we did a speed test, starting at 4mph, then 6, then 7.5. All were within 3bpa yield, with the fastest speed actually being higher. This was on flatter ground, no till, Case 1200 planter.
We still usually go 5-5.5 and slow down on the rocky hills we have here in the "lovely" Kettle Moraine area. Lovely to look at maybe...
