Panhandle of Ne. | Is it at a JD house? If so, have them look up the history on it. There were some of these tractors that had a lot of fuel problems. It should also tell you if it has any open PIP's on it. During that time, they had to update the fan clutches on them. Have a neighbor that had/has several 8430's. He just traded one because it spent more time in the shop with fuel problems than it spent on the farm. His other on rarely gave any problems. | |
