Nice big dog, good going. What did it weigh? Adults are harder to catch than the young of the year.
Urine post set comes in handy. You can set up your own, but I think it works best if you find one or several actively used by the coyotes... make one there. They will often mark along a trail/road in the woods not far before it comes into a field.
