Morris, IL | Coil tine harrow (thats what i call a spring tooth) can be set to allow a lot of trash flow but won't do the job of a spike tooth harrow. Maybe its just me but we will never own a spike tooth harrow again, had one on a bush hog soil finisher that never worked, plugging all the time. We have a CIH 4800 with coil tine harrow, it works but isn't nothing special, can leaver ridges at times.
