Subject: I would say better short season hybreds

Red River Valley
for one, change in farming practices, use of popup fert for faster early start on corn growth, economics , Investment in harvest capacity.

a little bit trimmed from everywhere.

It like everything you pick up a couple days in the spring, a couple days in early growth, a couple of days in the fall, and now you have an extra week of growth possibility.

couple that with better genetics and you have guy's moving from 78 day corn to 85-88 day corn with much better traits.

as has been the case through out history most important, is that money is the great fert. of farming with high reward guys will take big risk.
