South Central IN | We have a 5144 with a four foot unload. Got it this fall. Pro: seems heavily built, good support from Kuhn with questions at the factory level, good visibility when backing next to something like a silo, handles hay bales better than other types (auger, reel). Con: Gets about 150 lbs from cleaning out completely, slobbers a little feed at the conveyor turns, does not mix as fast as a reel type machine, no longer offered with a CV PTO. | |
