oxford county, ontario | yes that is part of the yield monitor. As "Biggie" says, it is the part that measures yield, usually positioned at the top of the clean grain elevator. The moisture sensor, which was originally located in the clean grain auger in the bin & then updated to the side of the clean grain elevator on our old JD7720, & speed sensor on the transmission/hydrostat are also part of the system & all need to be there to make the system function. | |
