Maybe find an oily cat? :-P Maybe emery cloth?? I think you are stuck with just letting it wear off. I managed to get some of that stuff on a shirt once, ended up tossing the shirt after trying everything I could think of to get it off. Multiple washings didn't even soften the dried foam.
